COVID-19 Update – 03.23.20
On Friday March 20, 2020, Governor Pritzker issued a mandatory Shelter in Place order for the state of Illinois, beginning on March 21st at 5:00 pm through the end of April 7th.
As a Social Service Organization that provides essential services to the people with disabilities , St. Coletta’s of Illinois will remain open during this time but will operate under the shelter in place rules therefore we are not accepting visitors.
The Residential Program serves 140 adult participants. The residents remain healthy and happy in their homes supported by trained staff, 24 hours a day. Check our facebook page for current updates on client activities!
As previously stated, St. Coletta’s Community Day Program is temporarily closed until April 15th unless extended closure is instructed. The Kennedy School closure has been extended from March 30 to April 8th. Continue to check St. Coletta’s of Illinois’ website for more updates.

Consider a monetary donation. Every donation, of any size, helps us provide services including around the clock care to residential participants. Your support will help us provide extra staffing and medical care, and cover the cost of added supplies during this time. Donate online or mail a check to 18350 Crossing Drive, Tinley Park, IL 60487.
Donate supplies. St. Coletta’s is in need of household cleaning supplies, hand soap, paper goods such as paper towels and toilet paper, and activities for the participants such as board games, puzzles, crossword puzzles and crafts. Donations can be dropped off in the donation bin located at St. Coletta’s of Illinois in the vestibule entrance or you can utilize St. Coletta’s Amazon wishlist.
Contact your local representative. Congress is trying to pass legislation that will provide vital funding for St. Coletta’s and other organizations that’s provide similar services. Contact your rep today.
