Residential Services

CILA Program

A home not only protects people from the elements but provides a sanctuary where one can be comfortable.  The Residential Services are Community Integrated Living Arrangements licensed by the Department of Human Services (“DHS”).  They are twenty-four hour supervised group living supports.  St. Coletta's of Illinois works to ensure participants are safe and supported, helping them become as independent as they can.

Group Homes (or CILA’s) are designed to afford each participant the level of care he/she needs in a warm, caring and trusting environment.  St. Coletta's of Illinois services include:

  • Twenty-four hour awake supervision

  • Assistance with cooking

  • Assistance with cleaning

  • Life skill training

  • Appropriate clinical supports

  • Evening and weekend activities

  • Availability of community resources

  • Opportunity for participants to become an integral part of their community

  • Opportunity for our participants to make decisions that affect all aspects of their lives with guardians' assistance.
